Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school settings, serving K-12 students
• Willingness and ability to supervise SLPAs onsite
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services across a diverse student population
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
• Supervise and provide guidance for SLPAs in the district
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
