This is a full-time, in-office role built for someone who thrives on logistics, loves a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in running a tight schedule. If you have a background in HVAC or home services and know how to keep techs, customers, and management aligned, this one is worth a look. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation jobs from sale handoff through completion Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, set expectations, and handle reschedules Assign installation crews based on job type, location, and availability Track job progress and follow up with field teams to ensure timelines are met Order and confirm equipment and materials are on site before installation day Update job statuses in the CRM and maintain accurate scheduling records Act as the central point of contact between sales, service, and the install team Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, home services, or trade industry coordination or scheduling Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with frequent shifting priorities Experience with CRM or field service management software preferred (ServiceTitan a plus) Must pass a pre-employment background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Shafer-Heating-
