- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task status, issues, and safety concerns.
- Support blasting or ultra‑high‑pressure water jetting activities where required for coating removal or surface preparation.
- Comply with all base access, security, and onsite safety protocols while working on Navy bases and shipyards.
- Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and follow‑through to meet project schedules and quality expectations.

- Comply with onsite security protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and their application to shipboard preservation work.
- Experience with confined space entry procedures and tank preservation.
- Exposure to blasting or ultra‑high‑pressure water jetting processes.
- Familiarity with Navy ship systems layouts, including tanks, voids, and other compartments.
- Firewatch or tank watch experience in shipboard or industrial environments.
- OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑Shipyard certification.
- Experience working on CVN, DDG, LCS, or Amphib platforms.
- Comfort working in a team‑based environment under onsite supervision in a high‑tempo setting.
Why Work Here?
