Desired Qualifications:

• Valid TX Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
• Comfortable working with elementary-age students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services onsite to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and collaboratively develop treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights as part of the educational team
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of communication skills across school environments
