Key Qualifications:

• Active TX Speech Language Pathologist license is required
• Strong background in school, pediatric, or elementary SLP services
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) a plus
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary-aged students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Offer education and resources to staff and parents as needed
