Job Title: Labor & Delivery RN Supervisor

Location: Templeton, CA 93465
Shift: Night Shift (3 x 12s, 1800 – 0630)
Schedule: Rotating shifts (no set schedule)
Call Requirement: None

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 1800 – 0630
• 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
• Rotating schedule (no block scheduling)
• No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or related specialty
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience (Required)
• Licensure:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Certifications (Required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within the last 2 years)
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
