Personalized Care: Bring joy and compassion to our residents Competitive Pay: $85,000- $115,000/year, based onexperience Schedule: This is a Full-Time position.Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with some on-call obligations Supportive Team: We value our team membersas much as our residents Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met, and to ensure that the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards. Deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life. Engage residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness, including Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual. Key Accountabilities include: assessments, case management, compliance of HC licensingrequirements, residential service planning, and delegation of tasks. What You'll Need: Current MinnesotaRN license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including at least 2 years of managementin the senior living industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Working knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations. Must be 21 years or older.
