Marketing CoordinatorThe Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing PAE's mission to promote sustainable, high-performance design by securing high-caliber projects and clients. This position supports pursuit execution, relationship marketing, and data accuracy in collaboration with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager, and cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to PAE's growth in strategic markets.PAE is an engineering and design firm that turns complex challenges into reality. We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity.Develop working relationships with Project Managers, technical staff, marketing teammates, and external partners in support of project pursuits and business development activities.Develop the ability to anticipate pursuit needs by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, pursuit briefs, and deadlines, and by interpreting input from Project Managers and technical teams.Track public and subscription-based leads; prepare Go/No-Go summaries and support outreach coordination for seller-doer.Coordinate the collection, organization, and version control of pursuit materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and subconsultant information.Prepare qualifications and proposal deliverables with strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and adherence to PAE brand and quality standards.Provide quality control review of marketing materials, including formatting, proofreading, and conformance with PAE graphical and content standards.Coordinate and support the development of interview and presentation materials, including slide decks and visual content, in collaboration with Graphics and Communications teams.Enter, update, and maintain accurate project, pursuit, and contact information within Deltek Vantagepoint and other marketing system.Coordinate and track pursuit schedules, deadlines, and action items to support timely completion and submission.Assist with marketing events and special initiatives as assigned.Provide support to Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Management as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in an A/E/C or mission-driven environment.Exposure to or interest in sustainability, architecture, or engineering communications is a plus.Team player.Reliable and flexible in style of work.Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks with a positive attitude.Talent for juggling multiple deadlines and working closely with others.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.Experience with database and CRM systems, Deltek preferred.Hiring Base Salary Range: $56,700-$73,700 annual.This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay.In addition, PAE offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:Employer paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Annual 401k profit sharing based on company profit for the year and account contributionProfessional development reimbursements including state registration and professional association duesEmployer paid commuter/parking stipendCell phone stipendLife insurance and disability benefitsHybrid work scheduleEmployee Assistance Program9 paid holidays including an additional employee-selected dayPaid time off for sick leave, family leave, community service, holidays and vacationFounded in 1967, PAE is a leading sustainable engineering and consulting firm on a mission to deliver clean air, energy, and water for all.
