Director of Support Services, Data Analytics

Manage the performance, development, and maintenance of metrics and financial statistics evaluating Support Services performance, cost savings, value, and effectiveness Design, create, install, and maintain operational data stores and data warehouses Lead development of executive and frontline dashboards using Power BI and

Lead data analysts delivering customer-focused analytics capabilities Enable operational leaders with reliable data and identify cost, safety, and service improvement opportunities Establish and implement normalization criteria for benchmarking across acute and non-acute facilities Build and lead a Support Services data governance committee Select, coach, and develop teams; align objectives with organizational strategy; manage performance, talent development, and succession planning Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, compensation changes, corrective actions, and employee engagement Develop and manage operating and capital budgets within approved financial targets Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, applicable laws, and Code of Ethical Conduct Travel as required and operate standard equipment in an office environment Requirements Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Master’s Degree in Information Technology Typically requires 7 years of experience in project management, information systems, or leadership with applications, database management, and systems integration 3 years of management experience leading a data analytics team Knowledge of project management best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies Strong supervisory and leadership skills Proven success in team building and staff development Ability to work with databases, metrics, dashboards, and normalization methodologies Knowledge and experience with change management Ability to translate organizational vision into measurable data and performance metrics Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization No required licensure, registration, or certification SAS Certified Data Scientist preferred Preferred knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python Requires travel and exposure to varying weather and road conditions Work is performed in a typical office environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing data analytics teams and developing performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
