The Staffing Assistant is responsible for recruiting and vetting candidates, while serving as a key point of contact for the contingent workforce. This role supports employees by addressing questions, assisting with onboarding and placement, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate work areas.

In addition, the Staffing Assistant handles payroll-related administrative tasks and provides ongoing coaching to employees regarding attendance and performance expectations. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Ability to work 6 am - 3:30 pm
• Ability to work weekends
