Housing Navigator & Case Manager: Empower Stability
Endeavors Inc.
Endeavors is seeking a Case Manager/Housing Navigator in Tempe, AZ to provide individualized case management and housing-focused services for shelter residents. You will build partnerships, assess needs, and coordinate housing opportunities to support stabilization and transition to permanent housing.
