Position Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for preparing, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished goods move smoothly in and out of our facility - and works closely with our production and customer service teams to make it happen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders using UPS, FedEx, and ShipStation

Receive and check inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage

Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient shipping area

Generate shipping labels and tracking information

Coordinate with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines

Load/unload shipments and move product throughout the facility

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous shipping experience required

Experience with UPS, FedEx required

Experience with ShipStation or similar platform strongly preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills required

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, Monday - Friday

8:00a - 4:00p

$18–$22/hour, depending on experience

PTO and sick leave
