We’re seeking a strong leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, supporting their team, and helping the practice thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a busy dental practice and make a meaningful impact on both the patient experience and overall practice success. What You'll Do Lead and support the dental office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients and team members Oversee office operations, scheduling, and administrative processes Support patient retention and practice growth initiatives Monitor practice performance and help identify opportunities for improvement Assist with staff development, training, and team engagement Help ensure the practice meets operational and organizational goals Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and patient service What We’re Looking For Previous dental office management or leadership experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule Full-Time – 40 hours per week Monday–Friday Some Saturdays may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
