Position Summary For over 40 years, North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community located in Needham, Massachusetts, has provided vibrant living opportunities to people 65+ by offering a host of hospitality, wellness and health care services. The Registered Nurse is Responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality patient care by assuring that the Patient Plan of Care is followed. The position combines the activities of direct and indirect patient care and provides direct care to adult and geriatric patients. The Registered Nurse directs Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants in patient care tasks, performs patient assessments, develops patient care plans, evaluates the plan effectiveness, modifies it as appropriate and documents all patient care provided.
