Job Description
We are seeking motivated and driven individuals who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to helping clients protect what matters most. As an account representative, you will work with new and existing clients to provide tailored solutions across auto, home, commercial, and life insurance products. If you are team-oriented and passionate about achieving goals, we’d love for you to join our growing team.
Compensation:
Our compensation structure is a competitive salary. Your earning potential is directly tied to your results—high performers are highly rewarded with an uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate correct coverages to potential and existing business
- Create insurance quotes, present competitive quotes, and overcome objections
- Cold-call interested leads
- Adhere to industry trends and changes
Requirements:
- Georgia Property and Casualty License (preferred)
- Sales experience (preferred, not required)
- Insurance experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to follow compliance guidelines and procedures
