Job Requirements Driven to achieve sales goals and results oriented. High integrity, strong work ethic, loves to learn, passionate about achieving great results, as well as doing what is right for clients Intelligent, energetic, and gets along well with others Strong oral, written and verbal communication and customer service skills Establishing and deepening relationships with client base through Bank products and services Involvement with Professional, Community or Civic organizations Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a goal-oriented environment Must have a positive attitude! A background check and credit check will be required. Job Responsibilities This opportunity requires the associate market insurance and banking products & services to prospective individuals and small businesses in the local community. Prospecting for new clients and probing to discover needs for bank products Calling local business prospects to offer products or schedule appointments Developing marketing strategies to increase sales on specific product or service Creating and implementing a referral generating program Attend networking events to build relationships with prospective clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
