All Access Agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity . If you are only interested in hourly pay, DO NOT APPLY!!! Great earnings with future long term career advancement available. Commission structure is a combination of base pay plus performance based selling up to 10% of policy premium sold. Your commissions are UNCAPPED and this is for unlimited income potential with the hard work. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will make outbound calls and work with your community to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- 200+ outbound calls daily to generate new business.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
- Strong interest in a sales career sales experience preferred.
- Insurance experience Preferred.
- Property & Casualty License Required (Life & Health license is also Preferred!)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates welcome.
