Responsibilities Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases Qualifications A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must Valid, state‑issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits About Company CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you’d like!
