$70,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with policy owners, ensuring ongoing trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate products.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for client engagement and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer the best advice to clients.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in insurance sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on ethical practices and client satisfaction.
