We are seeking a full‑time Receptionist, with a stable work history, to greet visitors and answer telephone calls, perform cashier and clerical duties, keep the lobby clean and stocked with supplies, and more. Job Intro Working days and times are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm; Saturdays: 7:30am - 2:00pm. Must be able to work Saturdays. Days off are Wednesdays and Sundays. Job Description Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, perform cashier and clerical duties, keep the lobby clean and stocked and more. Benefits $17 per hour Medical and vision insurance, company pays 60%! 401(k) plan with employer match Paid vacation Christmas bonus Employee discounts on vehicles, service and more A positive and professional team environment Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, perform cashier and clerical duties, keep the lobby clean and stocked and more Must keep guest lobby clean and stocked with water, coffee pods, cups, lids, etc. Keep extension list updated Retrieve messages from overnight calls and direct to appropriate department managers Keep vehicle invoice binders up to date for the sales department Close cashier’s office: taking payments, balancing cash drawer, printing credit card batch at end of shift. Scan items into the system as needed. Call customers whose tags are ready for pick up and log them as picked up/called on.
