We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for answering the phone, taking appointments, stocking merchandise and, the overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone
- Taking appointments
- Checking in and out animals as they complete their services
- Stocking merchandise
- Keep records of animal feedings, treatments, and other updates
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Computer skills
- Phone Skills
- Customer service 1+ years preferred
- Passion to help and treat animals
- Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
