Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – South Carolina

Start Date: Not specified

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time schedule with choice of 5x 8-hour shifts (preferred) or 4x 10-hour shifts. No weekends. Six-month contract assignment.

Highlights:

Provide anesthesia services in a 283-bed acute care hospital with diverse case mix
Manage 15-30 patients per day across pediatric (ages 18 months and up) and adult populations
General anesthesia cases with medical direction; bread and butter case mix (no cardiac, neuro, or obstetric cases)
Epic EMR system with option to test out if experienced
Predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no call or weekend requirements
6-month locums contract with credentialing support provided

Requirements:

Active NBCRNA board certification required
South Carolina state license required (or willingness to obtain; credentialing timeframe 60-90 days with active SC license, 120+ days without)
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of post-training clinical experience as a practicing CRNA
Comfort and competency with pediatric anesthesia (ages 18 months and older)
Clean malpractice history required
Epic EMR experience preferred
