We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action Work closely with support staff to ensure a top‑tier client experience Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100 personal injury cases Negotiate and resolve pre‑suit cases in a timely manner for top‑dollar Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Be able to appropriately communicate with clients Appear in court on behalf of clients Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Qualifications Successful completion of accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience Experience in the personal injury field is a plus Familiarity with Litify is a plus Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina Trial experience a plus Compensation $80,000 - $150,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr The Thumbs Up Guys - Miller, Dawson, Sigal & Ward
