We're hiring a Senior Specialist to own the commercialization and lifecycle management of our offers. Manage the full offer lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimization for market success Build and execute go-to-market strategies that align with customer requirements and business objectives Develop value propositions and messaging that clearly communicate offer benefits and drive differentiation Create pricing strategies that balance customer needs with profitability and competitive positioning What are the key skills we are looking for? Competitive Analysis - advanced level; assessing market positioning to identify differentiation opportunities Sales Enablement - advanced level; equipping teams with tools and messaging to drive offer adoption Category Planning - intermediate level; structuring offer portfolios to maximize market coverage Go To Market Strategy - intermediate level; designing launch plans that drive successful commercialization Pricing Management - intermediate level; developing strategies that reflect customer value and market conditions Customer Journey Mapping - intermediate level; identifying touchpoints to optimize offer positioning Market Segmentation - intermediate level; targeting the right audiences with tailored value propositions Stakeholder Management - intermediate level; aligning cross-functional teams around offer priorities What's in it for me? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
