Digital Media Manager

Job Description Are you passionate about digital marketing, paid media, and driving measurable results? We are partnering with a long-standing client that has been working with gpac for more than 20 years and is looking to add a talented Digital Media Manager to its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a company’s digital media strategy, optimize advertising performance, and directly impact recruiting success through innovative digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall digital media strategy for recruitment marketing
• Manage digital advertising budgets, forecasting, and campaign optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
• Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising platforms
• Increase qualified candidate leads while reducing cost per hire
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance to continuously improve results
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with hiring goals
• Stay current on emerging digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
• Experience managing paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
