Leadership & Responsibilities Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance; coordinate team activities, paperwork, training, and schedules; and promote continuous quality improvement. Qualifications & Skills Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP; minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience; BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days); leadership experience preferred; active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certification is a plus.
