Construction Manager

Senior Construction Manager Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, safety programs, and quality control Lead GC/Contractor OAC meetings and coordinate logistics, procurement, and compliance reviews Perform regular site walks to verify progress, quality, and safety Champion an Injury-Free Environment (IFE) through leadership and mentoring Qualifications 10+ years of construction management experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) PMI or PMP certification (preferred) Deep knowledge of construction delivery methods (Design‑build, CM‑at‑Risk, etc.) Strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Procore, Visio, Outlook, and Teams Data center construction management: Proven experience managing complex data center or high‑tech construction projects, including oversight of general contractors and multiple trades, with accountability for safety, schedule, and quality performance. Schedule and milestone delivery: Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and recover project schedules, with a strong track record of meeting key milestones such as Early Access and Ready for Service (RFS) through proactive risk identification and mitigation. Quality, commissioning, and compliance: Hands‑on experience ensuring installation quality, driving adherence to design/specifications, and supporting commissioning, turnover, and documentation processes aligned with requirements and operational readiness standards.
