F&I Manager

Responsibilities Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery. Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR. Assist sales desk in structuring deal. Consistently adhere to all F&I office process and flow of contracts. Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with the business office. Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations. Participate weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues. Assist general manager and sales manager in training sales staff. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in finance and insurance products. Menu selling experience required. Business‑management experience in the automobile industry is a plus. Effective oral and written skills; good time‑management; professional dress, speech, and behavior required. Strong closing skills necessary. Strong organizational skills. Ability to train finance and sales personnel. Valid driver’s license preferred. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Compensation The pay range for this role is $100,000–$180,000 or more, based on skill sets, experience, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions.
