Responsibilities Traveler experience required Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment Phase 1 Recovery Unit provides care for post-surgical patients requiring anesthesia; we receive patients directly from OR, EP Lab, Endo, IR, MRI, and ICU for recovery Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience Traveler experience required ICU experience necessary Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS Preferred Skills And Experience Charge Nurse Experience Conscious Sedation FHM, ICP, Telemetry, Vents ICU and Pediatric Experience Job Details Ratios: 1:2 Shift: 12 HR Days 0600-1900 RTO: 7 days MAX Call Requirement: Once every four weeks Float Requirement: Surgical short stay overflow Weekend Requirement: Varies Storm and Hurricane Team participation required Patient Diagnoses Vascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery and Orthopedics Gynecology and Urology General and Bariatric Plastics and ENT Ophthalmology Children - T&A, Ears, Hernias, Cleft Lip/Palate Special Procedures / Unit Details Unit details: Phase 1 Recovery Unit providing care for post-surgical patients requiring anesthesia. We receive patients directly from OR, EP Lab, Endo, IR, MRI, and ICU for recovery.
