You will utilize a diagnostic approach to understand needs and provide clear guidance on company policies and self-service resources.Complex Case Management: Gain exposure to high-level HR matters by assisting in the resolution of complex employee issues. This includes conducting research, managing sensitive information with professional judgment, and ensuring that intricate inquiries are handled with accuracy and empathy.Operational Excellence: Support the team in identifying and recommending process enhancements. You will play an active role in projects designed to improve day-to-day operations, enhance the employee experience, and streamline operational and service delivery.Strategic Collaboration: Work across various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders, while sharing insights that help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Qualifications We PreferPrevious experience in a Human Resources or customer service-facing environment.Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance when addressing employee concerns.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.LocationThis is a hybrid position in Farmington, CT or Cedar Rapids, IA. Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
