- Guide technical review requirements, resource planning, staffing assignments, and QA/QC expectations to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, timely, and aligned with project objectives.
- Mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project team members by sharing best practices, reinforcing accountability, and supporting consistent project delivery across the program.
- Exercise sound judgment and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, client commitments, and project conduct while adhering to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business and client needs.
