About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Service Center Manager within the Glazing division to lead the operations, financial performance, and growth of a busy service center operation.

This is a true business leadership position, offering full ownership of branch performance, customer satisfaction, team development, operational excellence, and profitability. The successful candidate will oversee a multi-disciplinary team while driving a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Provide leadership to technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and administrative staff.
• Ensure efficient workflows and exceptional customer service delivery.
• Implement operational improvements and best practices.
• Partner with regional leadership to achieve business objectives.

Financial & Business Management

• Own and manage the location's P&L.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage budgets, costs, margins, and financial performance.
• Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Deliver results through operational efficiency and accountability.

Customer Experience

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Ensure projects and service requests are completed to the highest standard.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees.
• Lead performance management and coaching initiatives.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, productivity, and service.
• Foster employee engagement and professional growth.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Promote a safety-first culture throughout the operation.
• Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years of branch, service center, operations, or field service management experience.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong P&L ownership and business management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational performance.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service excellence.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Ability to leverage KPIs and performance metrics to drive results.

Preferred Background

• Construction, glass, building products, home services, facilities management, or field service environments.
• Experience managing operations generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety management programs.
