Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Winter Haven, Florida. As a primary care physician, you will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Venice, FL and report to the associate medical director. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

This position includes a sign-on bonus up to $60,000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
