Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Highway - Charleston, WV Area Our client, a leading West Virginia-based heavy civil and highway contractor building roads, bridges, and water/wastewater treatment infrastructure across West Virginia and the surrounding states, is hiring a Project Manager. What You'll Do Manage heavy civil projects - highway, bridge, and treatment-plant work - from award through closeout Own budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project financials Work with DOT and public owners on submittals, change management, and pay applications Partner with superintendents and field crews to hit accelerated schedules safely What They're Looking For Project management experience in heavy civil, highway, or bridge construction Command of public-works contract administration (state DOT experience preferred) Strong scheduling, cost-control, and owner-relationship skills Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience Why This Opportunity A respected regional heavy-civil contractor with a deep public-infrastructure backlog Competitive compensation depending on experience, with room to grow into senior project leadership This is a confidential search conducted by Russ Hadick & Associates on behalf of the client.
