Scope of Project

The Expert Business Analyst will work with agency stakeholders to document existing business processes, define future-state requirements, and support development of new applications aligned with the agency's technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

Lead JAD sessions for As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Interview stakeholders and document requirements.
Analyze mission-critical business functions across multiple bureaus.
Create business and technical documentation.
Support application development initiatives.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

84 months experience eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
84 months experience creating software development artifacts.
60 months experience creating test plans and supporting UAT.
60 months experience managing requirements lifecycle.
60 months experience working with architects and development teams.
CBAP Certification.
