Sales Associate – Jaguar Land Rover Cape Fear
Wilmington, NC
Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Commission | Benefits Included
We’re not your average dealership—and we’re not looking for average. Jaguar Land Rover Cape Fear is on the hunt for a seasoned automotive sales professional who knows how to close deals, build trust, and bring the heat. If you’ve got at least 2 years of automotive sales experience and sales manager chops , we want you in the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Be Rocking Daily- Greet clients like a pro—warm, confident, and ready to impress
- Guide guests through the purchase process with finesse and integrity
- Know your stuff: Jaguar, Land Rover, and certified pre-owned vehicles
- Build relationships that last longer than your favorite lease special
- Follow up like a boss—calls, texts, emails, whatever it takes
- Team up with sales and service to deliver a seamless luxury experience
- A proven performer with 2+ years in automotive sales
- Bonus points if you’ve led a team or held a sales manager role
- Obsessed with luxury vehicles and delivering top-tier service
- A communicator who connects, persuades, and inspires
- Self-motivated, goal-crushing, and always leveling up
- Licensed to drive—with a clean record and a sharp suit (optional, but encouraged)
