As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your analytical skills to navigate complex challenges while mentoring junior team members and fostering sturdy client relationships. This role offers the chance to work on pioneering technology projects and contribute to the growth of our healthcare application ecosystem.Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative IT solutions to address organizational requirements- Utilize analytical skills to tackle intricate challenges and provide insights- Mentor junior team members to enhance their professional development- Foster substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs- Conduct complex data analysis to support business operations- Develop data mining architectures and models for impactful decision-making- Manage IT infrastructure and confirm alignment with business objectives- Collaborate on advanced technology projects to drive growthWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- At least 3 years of experience- Epic ODBA, Epic ECSA, Data Courier Certification, and/or Chronicles CertificationWhat Sets You Apart- Master's Degree preferred- Considerable experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation- Proven abilities in Supply Chain Management and Procurement- Demonstrating innovative problem-solving and critical thinking- Managing complex data analysis and benchmarking- Communicating effectively across diverse audiences- Prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects- Providing mentorship and team leadership- Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applicationsTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
