Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments using evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs. Develop individualized care plans with input from patients, families, and healthcare teams. Coordinate and delegate care to interdisciplinary team members, ensuring efficient delivery of services. Monitor patient responses, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, providing accurate documentation, and promoting the nursing profession. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license with basic life support certification. Strong patient care delivery, communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills. Ability to coordinate care, work effectively within teams, and prioritize tasks. Additional Requirements Physical ability to see, hear, lift, and move patients and equipment safely. Proficiency in operating monitors, equipment, and maintaining safety standards.
