Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid State of South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
• South Carolina teacher certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience delivering speech and language services in a school or similar pediatric setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, educators, and families
• Experience with diverse caseloads, IEP processes, and school documentation preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for PreK-8th grade students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to address each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining clear and thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to facilitate student communication skills
• Consult and partner with classroom teachers for strategies and accommodations
• Monitor and report on each student's progress toward therapy goals
