Laser Machine Operator
PlayCore Holdings, Inc.
Read and interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures and operational sequence. Set up, adjust, and operate equipment with limited supervision. Operate various hand tools and power tools to make finish adjustments to products. Use a variety of precision measuring devices to set up and adjust work and verify conformance to specifications. Troubleshoot operating, material, and tooling problems. Perform general preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. Guide assisting personnel on correct procedures. Complete all required documentation and paperwork for finished processes. Follow all cleanup and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations. Meet the required work hours of the department.
SKILLS:
Read and interpret blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Communicate effectively with employees throughout the organization. Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Interpret and follow written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
