Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability. Foster collaboration and effective communication to motivate and inspire commitment across teams. Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance business outcomes. What you'll bring Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of driving growth and managing key accounts. Expertise in sales strategy development and execution to maximize business valuation and revenue. Proficiency in customer relationship management, fostering long-term partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated accountability in meeting objectives, resolving issues, and mitigating risks. Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve high performance. Annual Salary Range The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00. Additional Compensation Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
