The Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for driving the adoption of world class reliability practices across the organization, ensuring the best possible experience for the lives we provide care for.As a Platform Developer, SRE, you will be working with our internal teams to fine tune customer driven monitoring, alerting, and iterative feedback loops to increase reliability across the entire engineering organization.Position ResponsibilitiesWork with internal development teams to distill customer facing metricsAssist internal development teams with crafting monitoring and alerting based on customer driven metricsWrite terraform modules that assist in the onboarding of internal teams to our monitoring and alerting platformHelp drive the adoption of world class site reliability principles and practices across the organizationAdopt Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required QualificationsExperience supporting 24/7 production on-call rotations, including responding to alerts and resolving incidents outside of standard business hoursExperience in automating Observability & Monitoring (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus), standardizing incident response for alerts to maintain SLAs and SLOsProficiency in Terraform, or similar IaC toolingPractical experience within a cloud provider and its component services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)Some experience in python, or bash scriptingAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT security & compliance, product managers, and scrum masters.Strong written and verbal communication — you will help produce guidance that the broader engineering organization depends onPreferred QualificationsExperience in customer facing support roles, quality assuranceExperience with Docker and container orchestrationBackground in healthcare, pharmacy, financial services, or other regulated domains where data pipelines carry audit and correctness obligationsNew York, NY Salary Range: $108,800 - $136,000 USDDenver, CO Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USDCharlotte, NC Salary Range: $92,000 - $113,500 USDAll employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
