Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid (Onsite Downtown Fort Lauderdale) Join the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection’s dynamic HR team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, sourcing exceptional candidates and guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise will align closely with our business leaders and organizational objectives, cultivating a team that embodies the brand’s luxury and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize a variety of platforms such as ATS (Workday), LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates. Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals. Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit. Partner effectively with hiring managers and teams to promote an understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines. Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, continually seeking new methods to enhance the recruitment process. Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and report on progress to HR leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in end‑to‑end recruitment processes. Proficiency in using Workday ATS platforms and recruitment technologies, along with experience utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing. Self‑starter with initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated enthusiasm for recruitment and a drive for innovation to attract top talent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
