The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the departmental processes and personnel within the assigned manufacturing function.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervises the process and all employees in the department.Schedules the workload for all employees in the department.Ensures manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements.Performs recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process, as required.Addresses all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner.Monitors safety within the department on a continual basis, and holds monthly safety meetings with employees.The salary range for this position is $57,500 - $77,000 per year.
