About the Opportunity: Job Title: Assembler Pay Rate: $22.50/hr Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Schedule: Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5AM-5:30PM with mandatory overtime. Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly this is physical work. Comfortable working with heavy sheet metal and industrial tools. Able to read blueprints, tape measures, and work orders. A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality. Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays. Looking for someone who's hands-on, focused, safe, and dependable someone who shows up ready to work and ready to contribute. For training purposes, must be able to work a few weeks on 1st shift.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble metal hardware: hinges, latches, spring packages, and more. Assemble access panels as well as roofing and floor doors. Use hand and power tools confidently and safely. Perform quality checks. Keep your area clean, organized, and safe. Cross-train in other roles to support team productivity. Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work culture.
