Job Title Leave Specialist Duration 09 months with possible extension Location Atlanta GA - 30328 Job Description Summary: Provides a variety of support and issue resolution duties to customers in the areas of employee leaves of absences. Responsibilities Ensure policy adherence, data entry, and research for employee leaves of absences Understand federal and state laws in leave processing for the organization’s footprint Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through a ticketing system, phone, and/or email Provide clerical/administrative support to a high volume leave and employee service functions Research and resolve employee issues and correct errors as necessary Qualifications 2+ years leave processing experience (Required) Multi-state leave processing experience (Preferred) Experience in working with a TPA to administer employee leaves (Preferred) PeopleSoft experience or equivalent software (Preferred) Experience in high volume leave processing in an employee or customer service matrix (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr TPI Staffing Inc.
