Little Caesars Crew Member Keaau, HI 96749 - $14.00 - $14.00 / hour - part time Job Description Little Caesars is looking for highly motivated, friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable individuals for part‑time Crew Member positions. Responsibilities Perform operational duties to deliver excellent customer service and support franchisee’s organization. Serve customers according to the Little Caesars Customer Service Standards. Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures. Display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook. Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain the standards for restaurant image. Prepare, assemble, and launch Little Caesars menu items. Stock deliver in designated locations and put items in designated areas. Maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders, and operate cash register. Package menu items appropriately and consistently. Perform daily cleaning duties, maintaining high standards that represent and reflect the corporate image (washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floor, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, sterilizing work stations, washing windows, maintaining clean tables). Properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment such as the dough machine (only if 18 years of age or older). Work as part of the restaurant team to assist in making Hot‑N‑Ready products that are of a high quality, and provide outstanding service that will keep our customers satisfied and coming back. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years old. 18 years or older to clean appropriate operational machinery. Dependable and hard‑working, with the ability to handle pressure and stress. Friendly and outgoing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude toward others. Ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications. Ability to count, separate and weight all types of food products and inventory items. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred. May be required to lift up to 55 lbs.; push and pull up to 55 lbs; active movement throughout the day. Finger dexterity needed to prepare products. Fast‑paced environment. Uniform required: black pants, non‑slip shoes, Little Caesars hat, and shirt; must be clean and appropriately sized. ADA Statement Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold food using kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 55 lbs, stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops to serve customers.
