About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Lyons, NE. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and daily routines. Your expertise will enable our clients to maintain their independence and dignity, while also addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Encourage and engage clients in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as exercises, hobbies, and social interactions

• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate with family members and healthcare providers as needed

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in caregiving or a related field

• Ability to work part-time schedule, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
