Facilities Tech

The primary objective for Facilities is to in maintaining a clean and safe environment for Service Techs. Facilities Techs also assist in making minor repairs and some preventive maintenance.Job Duties includes:Use of floor scrubber in shop area to clean service bays (training provided)Sweeping and mopping floorsCollect cardboard in shops and place in balerHVAC filter replacementMaintenance on all battery operated equipmentRemove trash from shops and exterior of campusGeneral cleaning of shop sinks, lifts and wallsCollecting used tires and place in tire pick-up areaCollection of used oil and fuel filters and place in proper collection containersLandscapingComplete assigned work ordersReporting any potential hazards or damage to supervisorAdditional items assigned by the Facilities Manager and DirectorThe ideal candidate will subscribe to our positive work environment, be a great team player, have a good personality, positive attitude and great work ethic. Facilities is a 40-hour work week position with some occasional overtime.We require a valid Florida driver's license at the time of appointment to this position, Knowledge of basic hand tools and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
