Woodley Gardens, Rockville Opening January 2027, right off I-270 near Montgomery College and historic Rockville. A totally new build for us, replacing the beloved campus that we lost in 2019.

The Role

You'll be the heart of this new campus coaching teachers, building family relationships, and creating an environment where children and staff alike feel they truly belong. This is a full-time position starting at $70,000+, based on experience.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• A Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field
• 5+ years of early childhood leadership experience
• Experience leading a school of 150200+ children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations and NAEYC standards

What Youll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of early childhood educators
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
• Maintain compliance with MSDE Office of Child Care regulations and NAEYC standards
• Foster strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and the broader community
• Support enrollment growth and promote your campus within the community
• Manage campus operations, staffing, and budgeting with confidence and care
